The Essential Housing Program at Chaparral Ranch is specifically designed to provide affordable, well-located housing options for hardworking individuals within our community. Qualifications
How Do I Pre-Qualify?
Alma Soco offers apartment homes to applicants whose household income falls within the Area Median Income (AMI) ranges listed below. To apply for this program, please submit your application for the desired unit or contact our leasing office.

Steps TO APPLY:
In order to ensure that all applicants are appropriately and fairly selected for the next available unit, please follow the steps to apply below.
1.Download, complete, and sign the following documents:
Reference the tenant selection plan for specific income limit guidelines that correspond to the program.
2. Pay a $150 holding administrative fee money order that will be used towards the security deposit of the unit.
3. Submit the completed and signed documents:

We have limited availability of affordable housing units, any application emailed to us and not processed will be added to our waitlist if income falls within the Fort Worth County Income limits.
